Universal Entanglement is a technology enabling virtually instantaneous, secure communication with any place in known universe, using cheap U-Link devices based on quantum mechanics. Establishing a link requires physical movement of a communication device to a new location, but eavesdropping on such communication is impossible without stealing a device.
