Insurance

Insurance is a mechanism ensuring well-being of humans. Living has its cost, be it shelter, medical care, or specialized tools. These costs are non-stable, so they are amortized by a calculated insurance which is paid in Fuel and considered to be used up locally to sustain humans. Living on a hostile or dangerously-situated habitat may incur higher insurance, and Earth-like worlds are generally the cheapest.
